SPOI strives to promote the participatory development of marginalised communities in the society. SPOI has been working to empower the community through capacity building and facilitating collective action through self-help groups as well as convergent community action and collaboration with the Industry Associations, government & non-government agencies, Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and elected representatives.
